Trip Introduction
The tour encompasses the best legacy of former British Empire in India. The deeper we traverse into Sikkim and Darjeeling the more we intertwined with nature.
Sikkim, a former kingdom with fascinating Himalayas is situated in Eastern Himalayas spreading below Mt. Kanchenjunga (8,534m), the third highest mountain in the world. Sikkim squeezed in between the mountainous kingdoms of Bhutan and Nepal offers a wide potential in tourism that has yet largely remained unexploited. With multicultural touch, this yet to be explored tiny state in India is full of snow-capped mountains, lush green tropical and temperate forests, gurgling streams and the rich flora and fauna – a true Shangri-La.
Darjeeling, another hot spot of this trip is internationally known for its tea industry. Situated in North East India, just south of Sikkim, Darjeeling provides the perfect ambiance of a hill resort with its mild climate. With the magical aura of Mt.
